The co-founders of The CODE Group began supporting a Federal Government Agency in 2010, proving strategic planning, education and training, marketing, and organizational development support to help establish, launch, formalize and optimize multiple entities across the agency. The support began with a need to create and deliver training, then transformed into strategic planning initiatives, later to marketing and branding support, and then the request to help lead and launch a new mandated program across the organization.
The CODE Group implemented its methodology across each initiative with the agency to STRATEGIZE, ENERGIZE, IMPROVISE, and REVITALIZE support to the federal agency. In the STRATEGIZE phase of the process, The CODE Group helped these entities by developing strategic plans, creation of missions, visions, visual brand representations, messaging, and digital content to grow and create awareness of each initiative across the organization and among personnel around the world.
The ENERGIZE phase of the process included development and delivery of outreach and training material to educate personnel on topics like security best practices, cybersecurity, and internal threats. In addition to outreach and training, the creation of marketing and branding materials created by The CODE Group helped to build an understanding of the importance of the programs and entities within the organization. Lastly, The CODE Group helped to energize personnel within this organization through facilitation of strategic planning, teambuilding efforts, organizational restructuring efforts, and digital outreach like webinars, in-person and online events, and eLearning material.
The IMPROVISE phase of the process included The CODE Group’s consulting support to formalize organizational structures, personnel needs, technology needs, policy development, partnership creations, change management and buy-in needed to elevate these initiatives to the next level. Additionally, The CODE Group offered new and innovative ways to reach more personnel around the world and build brand recognition for the entities trying to gain an understanding of their purpose and efforts in place.
To REVITALIZE our support, The CODE Group has continuously worked to provide new digital content, training presentations, internal websites, marketing material, and employee engagement initiatives like recruitment plans, onboarding, and offboarding of personnel.
The CODE Group has worked with this federal agency for more than 10 years, supporting multiple entities within the agency, training more than 100,000 staff members worldwide and bringing awareness to each of the programs and offices’ mission and goals.
