The Request / The Need

A federal client with international reach engaged The CODE Group to provide comprehensive workforce training, and professional and leadership development solutions to strengthen its global workforce. With a diverse operational environment, the client sought expert guidance to enhance insider threat awareness, soft skills, resiliency, workforce development, and organizational improvement. Their objective was to cultivate a skilled, adaptable, and security-conscious workforce while fostering leadership excellence and operational efficiency across all levels.

The CODE / The Approach

The CODE Group developed a custom learning management system, and designed and delivered a multitude of training courses to address the client’s unique needs. Our approach included:
