The Request / The Need

Toastmasters International District 27 Chapter wanted digital marketing support to increase awareness of their chapter and grow membership and clubs for the District. The Toastmasters leadership wanted to create more recognition and outreach through social media platforms.

The CODE / The Approach

The CODE Group did an assessment meeting with Toastmasters leadership to discuss their needs and approach to increase awareness, memberships and clubs within their District. The CODE Group gained an understanding of the Toastmasters mission and vision, and did research on the current social media outreach, and the organization’s website. Toastmasters shared they wanted to reach a wider audience to gain more members within their district and broaden the demographics of its membership. The client (Toastmasters) contracted The CODE Group to create 10 unique, eye-catching social media designs to help build awareness and share messaging to a broader audience.

The CODE Group developed a strategy for the social media / digital marketing designs, and drafted 10 draft designs for the client. The CODE Group met with the client and provided the designs during the next strategy meeting, and received feedback on the approach, look-and-feel of the digital pieces.

Over a 4 week span, The CODE Group created, revised, and provided 10 static digital designs and 10 animated digital marketing ads to expand Toastmasters messaging.

The Results

The CODE Group’s social media designs were well received by Toastmasters social audience, with increased engagement across platforms, and positive feedback. The CODE Group’s designs provided a fresh approach and brand identity for the client (Toastmasters), while building relationships that increased membership and clubs as intended.
